@Priya:Maan melting down and Maan falling in love r two different things ...a person can melt down towards someone out of guilt or pity ...that does not mean he will fall for her instantly ...in such cases it might take even more time for the guy to realise that its nothing but love and in this case also he has only melted down but there is still lots of time left for him to fully realsie that he loves her too

@Opti:Exactly ...this missing file is like a blessing in disguise in their relationship as MSK could finally see the real Geet in action who was lost somewhere

Maan's loss of memory brought a rift in his marriage. Geet's loss of file is bridging that rift. Loss of file is helping to restore their life.

Priya, I am glad this Maan is not doing any of the things the old Maan did because that Maan was not a married man then and was doing his best to resist Geet's charms. This one is a married man and is aware Geet is his wife. There is no point resisting the woman who is already tied to him. Being the principled man he is, he will not inflict pain on a woman whom he had pledge to spend the rest of his life with even though he does not remember his wedding vows. One can ask why did he behave so rudely earlier on then. That was because of the misconceptions he had and he felt stifled by Dadi and co's forceful thrusting of his marriage down his throat. Once he was allowed to breathe and think on his own he is seeing his wife in a whole new perspective and is apparently liking what he is seeing.

i still thnk that this is not the maan I fell in love with as the old HP days maan would have been angry on geet for making him melt towards her as I remember how he behaved after the dhaba night he distanced himself from geet said mean things to geet on the outhouse only because he feltt that he is melting towards geet so he humialated geet so that she can leave him forever but here he is not doing any of those things On another note it was from october-november that the serial started dipping so now e are back to october with the news of channel's revamp & a fresh start for maneet plus the talks of extention which the channel is 100% sure they will get it I hope that from here on the show picks up either with RC or with a season 2 a fresh new story of geet with a new set up & a new social issue & an altogether new dark passionate love story

Priya u cannot compare the two different situations because that time Maan and Geet were not husband-wife ...so why will Maan easily accept defeat and melt for Geet ...

But this time he has a responsibility in hand ..he knows he married this girl and he also loved this girl once ...he is trying to find out the reasons why he ever fell for this girl ..whats so spl about this girl ...and so we r seeing a different side of Maan here...he knows that this girl has gone through a lot of humiliations because of his memory loss problem where Geet was not at fault ...in earlier times MSK was not at fault for the troubles Geet went through in life na and so his anger or denial look justified that time but now in present scenario after knowing everything that he is at fault because of his ML problem ,if he shows same old HP style anger or denial ,it will actually kill his character because scenario is different ...

The Hoshiyarpur-Express, Geet has come a long way, and right into our lives and hence our hearts. She is married to the man of her dreams, Maan- all logic and no non-sense man. This harsh guy is slowly finding the softest spot for Geet. And as we shift through 400 pages Geet's life, Maan is the man of her life, married to her!
