I think we should consider this at actor's POV...
Sameer and Malanie have been brought on the show as the second lead. Amit has just entered and is in the cameo role...
When Nandini entered they already declared that she is going to be the love interest of Dev and that is why they brought her from Amritsar to delhi when that track concluded...
Per the story line Dev has a new persona... Geet, Maan and Dadima have forgiven him and now Dadima wants her grand son to have new life and so does Geet
Yes Dev may have many girls as he was like that in his college but he made bad judgments in his life and he paid for that we may think that he did not pay enough but well we do not want to concentrate on his punishment but Maaneet's happiness
Now his slate is clean and so he has fallen in love with Nandini..
Nandini on the other hand has seen everything with the entry of NT and also has known how horrible his wife was.. and now even if she comes to know about Geet.. Geet will pacify her and tell her that her destiny was Maan...
We can also look this way that if Dev was not there Maan would not have crossed Geet's path... Though Dev behaved horribly and inhumanly with Geet but going through all that trauma she reached her destiny and that is Maan...
So let's please let this track go ahead as it also helps Geet to be on the air for longer time... these are just my POV
