for example... me myself... im not used to wearing bangles, bindi etc... even on puja and all i forget to wear them...am not so bothered about it... so friends n relatives say... kaisi jhalli hai ... u dont even take care of dressing up when u r attending a puja...Dont get confused with jhalli and ZaleelJhalli doesnt hv a negative cootation... its simply stupid, crazy, clumsy all put together...while zaleel - means someone who has lost respect... means uske liye kisiko respect nahi hai...
