Even if a RC track is coming next here is plenty of time until so, maybe mid-sept to October. So we have plenty of time to forward our ideas (regardless to whether they listen on not) and then have lots of time to plan ahead. But all I have to say the channel should let the creative's (specifically Mr.B) do his job, because whenever the channel interferes with the story line it goes down hill.

I dont know what is in store. I only hope we do not regret fighting for the show at some point. I know what happened to KYM. People fought to retain it and they kept it going for six more months by dishing out crap tracks after crap tracks till it became just too unbearable to watch.

Just entering to share my two cents about reincarnation...

I am totally against it...

We are consoling ourselves that we would get our daily dose of Gurti/Maaneet by this track. Really? We would get Gurti but not Maaneet. Just bearing the same name doesn't make characters. The Maan we fell in love with was an arrogant,complex recluse with a heart of gold beneath the tough exerior. A man of principle and integrity. Geet we fell in love with was was a coy,timid girl who braved all odds and forsake all relations for the survival of her child... Already they are a mere shadow of their past glory. What would happen after reincarnation? They can as well be Bhola Nath and Gangu Bai, for all I care. But they are NOT Maaneet ,not the characters we fell in love with,not thecharacters with whose struggles we identified.

Next comes the issue of GurTi and their scorchng chemistry. There is no denying the fact that they are one of the best couples, with amazing chhemistry. But do we want them to keep working in a non sensical,illogical show in which makers have little interst left and which is being given step treatment for months. Do I want to see their talent wasted without proper script,screenplay and story in a show which can shut at any time? Sorry, but I would rather watch them working in different serials where they can do justice to their talent and have something new to do other than keep staring on Maahis... Yes we may not get them together, but it is much better than seeing their potential going waste on a useless concept.

Third point, can we really expect that PH would execute this track well? From where I see, PH has already lost interest in this show,months back and now when they are on verge of launching another show,how much attention would this show get?

Then reincarnation track havent worked for most of the shows. Do we really want the memories of Maan and Geet butchered forever for some stupid 2-3 months extension?

And post reincarnation this show would be telecasted on Star Desh. As articles already indicate,this rebranding is being done to give the channel a wider appeal rather than being just Youth based channel. So in all probability we can expect the show to become more regressive or be centred around kitchen politics sooner or later,as that is what unfortunately appeals to masses...

So as much as it hurts now,I would rather have the show closed with a logical ending,leaving us with memories to cherish forever. And I would cettainly not want any more butchering of Maaneet and any more wastage of GC-DD's potential in a directionless,purposeless show on a channel whose future is uncertain.

The first thing I notice if peoples nose 😆

I have this obsession with noses, my mom said it's because I don't have one (I do, it's just very small LMAO) I love DD's nose 😳

d epi was filled with cute maaneet moments. finally Maan's subconscious remembers geet!!! DD was v good n her expressions. and dat last scene was sooo touching!!!

why d hell s DD wearing her dupatta like that!! i mean tent dresses r itself horrible, upar se she covers herself with dupatta like a bedsheet. evn n d scene with mamaji, she had initially dupatta on her shoulders, but then she covered her left hand completely with her dupatta. it is sooo irritating. why d heck does she need to cover her left hand like dat? is she deformed dat side or what? is she d same girl who used to wear dupattas around her neck like noose not covering what it shd during d office track? her dresses r horrible she aggravates it more with her dressing style!

when will her dresses change? NT n evn nandini's night wear was more fancier than Maan n Geet's.

reg. reincarnation.. i am all for it if it means continuation of our serial. i want to see my Maan n Geet n any roop. further i feel dat if channel is willing to continue d show they wil probably want a good show not substandard one. so we can hope it will be a good track.

i wd rather have a diff PH as i feel this PH treats Geet like a step child. and see the cheap way our leads are dressed!
