It means the new s/w has been implemented, you are done commenting on that article, just make sure you try all the articles out there and if you get the same, you can't go back anymore. It used to be 4 comments, now has been reduced to 2.

so i am so happy that DD and Gc held on to their spots even with MID clean up my ex did👏...also when i tried to post my first comment on DD's profile...i got a message that from now on it will be 1 comment per user every 24 hour...so basically 1 comment per day...i like this...less work for us👏
