Pain!!
The one emotion that ran through Geet today. She was in pain - a lot of it but she did try to repress it. The tears in her eyes in that last scene was when the pain finally threatened to overflow.
Maan has indeed reverted to being the old Maan - the one who knew how rich he was, who still hurt somewhere deep down from the pain of his past life. Who shunned the outsiders and who still eyed everyone suspiciously!
He caught on to their story telling spree and not for a minute did he believe them.
It goes to show how in depth the CVs have shown his character, Especially with respect to the date. He goes thru his work that minutely.!! I am glad they've explained that bit to him and it's handled for now. (Vinu - Touche😉)
If one looks at this through Maan's point of view - He must be scared for a bit. He's lost one year of his life - he has no clue why he was hurt, how he was hurt, what went on in that year and his family is providing proof enough. Couple this sub-conscious insecurity with his already angry and suspicious nature and Voila -you get the MSK of the episode!

Yesterday the brief eyelock that Maneet had - I have to say DD was perfect - she felt belittled, hurt and near tears at being ignored by the man who is her life. Today, Geet proved that she's battle it out to get her man back - oh yes she will...come what may.
So what was it that attracted her to Maan and vice versa...yes it was the deep history of the situations they went through in HP - but above and beyond that they each had a 'something' that the other craved for.
Maan in his world of power with that wall built around him, never really ventured out of it for fear of hurt.
Geet on the other hand was craving to Live in the real sense of the term.
Maan with all his power and freedom, never tried to be free and explore the other side of life - and Geet with all her entrapment of society - broke free to do just as she pleased as her inner being called her to be.
They found hope, trust, freedom and liberation in each other.
So now if the old Ackdoo Maan is back - Geet should realize that she should be the Geet she used to be - who wasn't scared of Maan - who gave him his attitude right back!!
She needs to be fearless and show him that she's the better half - the one he needs to respect, look up to - the one he needs!!👍🏼
The best bit was Dev and Daadi and their mili bhagad 👏...Like old times - gr8 retention of characters.
