Friends COMMENT on this site. whose link i have posted. more n more..to let SO know we are supporting them 😊 Geet lends a helping hand |
They say, in times of adversity, one's true character emerges. And in his times of adversity, Maan is thrilled to see that his beloved Geet has not only been his moral and emotional support, but also helping him financially. |
Earlier, too, Geet took up a job to support herself, and therefore, she is well versed about the demands of a job. In STAR One's leading prime time show Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi, this time around, Geet is working not to be independent, but to give Maan a helping hand financially in this rough phase in their life. After working in an office earlier, this time, Geet is teaching the kids in the village. Geet aka Drashti Dhami talks about helping Maan in their bad times and tiding over this difficult phase together as a couple. Geet states, "Every married woman always tries to help her husband in any way she can. Some offer moral support, while others give financial help. If the woman doesn't earn, she ensures to limit the household expenses, which is a help in a different form. Women work towards the betterment of their families in good and bad times, so I am not doing anything different. I am glad to be able to share Maan's burden and be a help to him in any form. For a happy married life, it is necessary for a wife and husband to help each other and work in tandem. I have full faith on Babaji and I know He will help us tide through these hard times." Talking about her teaching experience, she says, "I love to teach young kids, as I can see my childhood in them. I am thankful to all villagers who are helping us in kind, as they are unable to afford payment in cash." Drashti also shares with us her real-life beliefs about working women. "I feel every woman works in her own way. Some manage both work and home, while others manage the household affairs. I am happy to see that so many women these days are becoming independent and are able to live their lives more happily," she quips. "In my case, my mother had a job, but she also managed her family very well. She has been my biggest inspiration in life," says Drashti. Geet is doing her best to help Maan in this crisis. We hope that the bad times will end soon, and all their difficulties too. Don't forget to support Geet and Maan in Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi every Monday to Friday at 9.30 PM, only on STAR One. |
