I don't understand

There is one thing i don't understand. why does every villain in the serial behind khurana khandhan's fortune without thinkin properly? like take dev's mom and our own nt. they all want the money but are not willing to work for it. what's the point in taking over kc or km when no one has brains or capabilities to maintain it. kc does not just produce money one has to work hard to generate money. only a great businessman can maintain the company's reputation. dev's mom took over kc but had all the work stopped under kc's name then tell me how will kc make money. and nt, even she does not have an ounce of business brain in her.
just taking over a company does not automatically gives power and fortune. you have to work hard to generate it. what's the point in taking over kc if it actually collapses in the future because of bad business sense.
plz do give me your thoughts on this.

Well the thing is that she wants to take the wealth fOr her son... But do u think dev will want it?? Haha I don't think so..after so much has happen and only now he has so call paid for his sins I reali don't think he will do another... I think he will juz give the whole thing back to MSK... And another one thing have everyone forgotten that when dev married geet dev's mum was also there!!!so why when they both met there were no reaction to it!!! Hmmm this cv hav to get their story rite!!
