Bankruptcy - how does it happen?

Hi,,,,just wondering does it just take one bad move for bankruptcy to happen...can someone clarify on that...for a smart person like msk, it is surprising that he let this happen...that to to the point of bankruptcy...they show him working all the time, especially these last few days...could he have not noticed the changes...curious to know from experts in the financial / business world about this topic...

next, like someone said, we don;t want this to cause any misunderstandings in the family or finger pointing, instead they should show how working together can make it better...msk should in time make things better with the help of the new transformed Dev...

Actually someone posted a topic giving real life examples about companies going through huge financial crisis in their business overnight as well. And as for Maan, well yes he was initially shown doing some work regarding KC but we still have to figure out what led to the bankruptcy.

I think even with the best of the best like MSK, sometimes these crucial times occur in a business whether they like it or not. I think my sister said it's part of the business cycle so I guess it'll be interesting to see how Maan handles KC in it's worse time yet.

And we never know how many struggles they had to go through in making this company as it's self-made by the Khurana's.

Looking forward to the track :) And yes hoping that Dev only becomes an asset if he really wants to help.

But more than that I'm looking forward to how Geet becomes Maan's strength.

Actually kc is a company and maan is the md of the company who will draw salary everymonth...and even losses in the company can't make msk bankrupt...he is like employee of kc...kc can become bankrupt but not its md...moreover a well established co like kc cant go bankrupt if one project incurs losses...its takes long time to become bankrupt...hope i cleared all ur doubts...but one can take liberty as kc is in construction business which itself is very risky...
