this is the ans to my question

there ar e3 tabs at the right corner of the page 1st one is new topic, then new poll and then post reply ... now after post reply you see a paper icon with a green plus sign ... that is add to watch list

and even if you write a commnet one on the page every time some one posts a comment on the page the name appears in your MY POSTS page telling ytou who last commented on the page

go to your MY POST page you will find how it works
