It was a busy afternoon at Khurana Mansion. As the girls were preparing everything for Anwesha's surprise Stag night. It was a hectic afternoon. Pari was trying to keep Anwesha occupied whlist Geet Pari and Pinky took over the music food decorations and entertainment. Pari kept her busy with her talks. Anwesha was getting really agitated but it would all pay off when she sees the arrangement for her stag night. It was a girls night. Anwesha was having her stag night with all her girls. Geet, Pari, Meera, and Pinky. The guys were having there own bachelors night at Arjun's house. It was a busy and exciting time for all.

Maan Singh Khurana a man of principles, did not wish to be included in these petty bachelor night parties so he had told Arjun that he will come and show his face for 5 minutes and leave. Arjun acknowledged this as Anwesha had already told him that her brother was a man of principles and a work a holic. Arjun by far was also Geet's brother. He loved Geet a lot. He knew that Geet was happy with Maan. Maan loved Anwesha a lot. When he found out about the blossoming love, because he was part of the family already, Maan had abided.

That afternoon Maan had left the Khurana Mansion for some urgent meetings and work. Pinky was taking care of the decorations near the door when a courier guy arrived.

'Yes' Pinky asked jumping off the ladder. She greeted him with a smile.

'I have a urgent letter for Geet Khurana,' He replied. 'GEEET' Pinky yelled. Geet ran out of the Kitchen where she was sorting the food out. In two hours the party was to begin and the music still had to be sorted. Geet sighed as she put her hand on her temple and walked out.

'yes, thank you very much' As Geet spoke to the courier guys. Geet opened the letter and was reading it when Pinky and Meera came up to her. Geet hid the letter behind her back.

'whats up girls' She asked uncertainly. Meera and Pinky looked at her confused. 'nothing Geet but why are you acting strange' Meer asked. She smiled and said 'nothing guys lets hurry and finish this' Geet took the letter and ran upstairs. She ran into her room and put it in her cupboard and made sure to lock it. She could not let anyone see it before its time.

Evening came, Anwesha was finally allowed to leave the room. She was surprised at the efforts made by her friends. They got her ready and themselves and were having the time of there lives. They danced, played silly childish games such as snakes and ladders when Meera decided to play a better game.

'Truth or dare' She suggested. All the girls were up to it. Meera then grabbed a bottle and spun it around. The first person it spun at was Pari. 'oh crap, urm truth' She said. Meera smiled as it was the perfect time for making Pari confess. She winked at Geet and Anwesha.

'So Pari Singhania, you are in love aren't you? With the one and only Yash Malhotra'

'yes I am' Pari said thinking of him and then came to realisation that she confessed. She looked at them embarrassed. All the girls squinted there eyes. 'So how long and Is it double sided?' Pinky asked.

'urm 4 months since we finally told our feelings towards eachother and we are just looking for a date after Anwesha wedding to tell you lot but you guys man. Please don't tell Yash' Pari asked. Everyone agreed.

The bottle then Spun and stopped at Pinky. Pinky looked down and said 'what do I have to do?' She said it with enthusiasm that she was ready for a dare.

'hmmm how about infront of us, right now ring Adi and tell him that you love him a lot' Pari suggested. Pinky stammered. But then Meera had a better idea

'I have the best idea in the world, how about we tell eachother how our love stories are going' Geet turned to Meera and looked shocked.

Meanwhile, Maan had left the office it was 11pm. He thought that his wife Geet would be asleep by now. 'wife' He thought. He had been married to Geet for over two years now. A relationship joined by fate. 'Arranged' by elders. He had never wanted to get married to Geet but now she was joined to him.

Maan walked into the house and walked passed the hallway into the kitchen when he heard Geet talk. He walked towards the lounge and stood outside eavesdropping.

'So Geet how are you and Maan doing, I mean married for two years to the most handsome guy in the world. I mean Geet you love him so much and'.' Pari began. Geet tried to hold on to her tears but alas it fell.

'Geet what happened' asked all the girls huddled around her.

'what marriage? What relationship?' Geet started. All the girls looked at her confused.

'We hardly even speak to eachother and when we do, it him taking anger out on me. I tried to do my wifely duties. I take out his clothes, cook for him. But its not enough he never looks at me twice. Only last week the last time I tried to talk to him when he told me that I was an unwanted intrusion in his life. So then I decided, that I'm leaving him. I don't want him to be in a relationship that binds him to me if he doesn't wish to be with me. I Love him more than my life. I could kill myself for him. The only reason I stayed and put up with this relation was for you Anwesha and Arjun bhai. I thought I would leave after your wedding.'

'Geet I' Anwesha began.

'Don't be sorry Anwesha, there was never anything in this relationship. In two days time you will be married and on the following day, I will leave this house and this place and will never return. I already spoken to the lawyer and he is working on our divorce. The papers were sent today when you asked me Meera' Meera was shocked.

'But Geet you love him' Pinky said.

'that's why I'm leaving him.'

'Damn you Maan,' Maan cursed himself. Geet was crying because of him. His heart pained to see her like that. He wanted to run and engulf her into a hug and kiss her tears away. But How could he? He had put the woman he had finally fallen in love with in so much pain. He remembered that night when she told him how much she loved him and craved for his love. That night when they had been a husband and wife in all senses, that night when Maan fell in Love with Geet but denied her afterwards. He saw Geet's face and the pain as she cried.
