The Billionaire's Unwise Move?

Some questions about the mortgage:

Now, there appears to be some contradictory information about the mortgage. Initially, it was mentioned that Teji had deposited the title deeds. Subsequently, it was mentioned that Teji signed on a document effecting the mortgage. Apparently, at the end of the three month period, the mortgagee can sell off the house, if the loan is not repaid. However, the three month period, unconscionable that it may be, is not yet over. Here, the mortgagee has "sold" a house, whose value is rupees one crore, for rupees two crores before the three-month period is over. So, here are a few more questions:

What was the amount of loan taken?
Is the mortgagee not entitled to only the amount he has advanced as loan with the interest thereon?
Assuming that the transaction is valid, how can the mortgagee retain the rest of the money? Should not the rest of the money, i.e. rupees two crores less the loan and interest due thereon be handed over to Beeji's family?
Would not the rest of the Billionaire's money suffice to pay off the loan amount and interest due thereon?
If Beeji and clan can pay off the Billionaire (or the mortgagee) using the Billionaire's money which he so unwisely spent, they can show the Billionaire the door yet again, can't they?

The entire scenario sure doesn't add up. But, I can't count on it adding up, can I?

A few other questions:

In whose name was the title to the house -- Beeji or Teji?
How did the Billionaire find out about the mortgaged house? Did he come across this information whilst he was playing Chauffeur?
If he was aware of the entire transaction, did the Billionaire lie by omission when his wife called him in the morning expressing concern about the sale of Beeji's house?

Yea it was logical for MSK to buy the house as it may fall to someone else. Now it belongs to Maaneet.

Yea thank God that no MU between Maaneet... Loved the way he teased her. and he cannot physically meet her so CC TV hmm very interesting.. High tech romance ha ha ha.. aur Munda hamesha double price deta hai.. He even paid double price for the land in H'Pur...and now double price for this house.. so hope that he will do double romance too...😆😆😆

Chalo MSK is back in A'sar and will hosh udavo of beeji's family with his intellegence... Lucky veerji and Teji veerji have to learn a lot from this Geet's husband..

I think I am going to love this track.. Loved Gurmeet's get up as a Balwant Singh but did not like the way he was being treated now he can be MSK and be near Geet with adhikar..

Hey anu, beeji said-geet tujhe maan se baat karni hai ya uske sath rehna hai jo jee mei aaye kar..but dont interfere in this matter..mai tujhe maan se baat karne ki izzazat nhi dungi..
She is not askin her to stop talkin to him as she herself is mad at geet, but she doesn't want geet to talk to maan over house ka matter...

BTW I can answer one question...or actually the question you have answered in your question itself...about how MSK came to know abt the mortgage...I think like you asked in your question...it was whilst playing the chauffeur to the ex-Makaan Malik Teji...😆
