@Medha...Well till date there has not been overabundance of rain...so the roots and the crops are still holding sway but the moment there is a huge influx then the creators will bring in a new twist which will have everyone tossing and turning like twigs in a storm and again the vicious cycle will continue...As for the symbolism...roots and soil are the characters and story what gets washed away i.e. the crops is Logic...Howzzat...😆

@ Aarya: When this track is over and Maan is Maan and Dev is Dev, they go back home and eat parathas made by Geet for ever after.

PS: Sun had predicted this a long time ago. Maan, Dev, NT and Vicky at the breakfast table and Geet serving aloo parathas.

Crops = the show that is GHSP as it made a place in our hearts
Roots = the character sketch initially drawn
Soil = the story / plot
