Yet another brilliant piece Opti.

Surprisingly, when I read your analysis, it kind of hit me that simply looking at these scenes, they seem to have led totally different journey's. Maan went from hating himself for loving her so much to accepting her and loving her and being there for her at any cost. Geet went from loving him and respecting him and accepting him despite all his flaws to hating herself for loving him so much. Who ever thought this would happen.

Lovely comparison. Loved it.

That's a good observation Priti. I guess the loss of the baby and the sharp words from Maan soon after that especially when she was high on expectations of picking up the pieces of their lives and restarting again that has got her all mixed up in the head.

Opti......

What stood out for me in the 2 sequences ....is MSK in the current track is willing to put aside his pride and identity which he is so proud of (reason he used to refer himself in third person...almost flaunt his pedigree..... Maan Singh Khurana ) for the sake of his love's recovery.....

The head he held high before.......now is down in submission for his love.....His servitude in getting his love back will be Geet's undoing....She is very much aware the pride behind the man...

Even though their seperation was due to his words of elite class of Khuranas and beigherat.....He has realized his folly and given up on his haughtiness when it comes to her....It is time Geet wakes up from her trance ...LOL she is already on her way....Hopefully by this weekend they will be on the same page after much needed conversation.

@Opti.....wonderful comparison...👏....Maan has come a long way since that papaya incident. He's no longer the arrogant, pompous guy he was then. Love has truly changed him.

Yes, Deeps, That's what I said too. His arrogance is gone. He hates to lie and pretend but he did it in both cases for Geet. While in the first instance he felt burdened by his compulsion to pretend, this time he is willingly doing it. He has even given up his identity to win her over. As you pointed out, his servitude will be her undoing. All said and done, Geet was never one who could bear to see her man lose his pride although she detested his arrogance. So she will come around.
