Idiotzzzzzzz Here i wrote a scene on Maneet a imagination😉 I Posted in Den my Muniya told me to Post here aswell

so the creatives are taking their own sweet time to allow us to get into the skin of the characters and today it already felt like we already know all these guys since forever ...

masi's preferential treatment was clear and apparent, but wad i liked about that scene was it was not abrupt .. it was worked on..they first showed what a regular day in the household would be like, and what each character would ideally be doing, established the likes and the dislikes of each of the character.. so we know that beeji likes behngan ka bharta, but definitely thinks its not royal enough for her city bred neice anymore .. she is clearly partial..

even a character like lacchi, has mannerisms to herself.. just the way Nakul did .. she is the chugli karing variety, so to sterotype a domestic help.. and hence shares a good rapport with the bahu of the house ..

they also took a minute to establish the rapport between the devar and the bhabhi ...

going a day backwards, i cant remember tejis wife's name, but she actually does manage to bring a smile back on geets face with her innocence.. and i went back to the days in HP, where Geet had her own family ...

Teji is smart and the contrast between the brothers is evident with that phone call, while one picks short cuts to get what he wants and never succeeds the other chooses the longer but the right way, and the outcome is always in his favor, and those scenes intercut with Maan trying to find Geet, do manage to establish the hold the man has in the city of Amritsar ..

that little scene between maan and geet where both of them feel the pain at the same time, the burning of fire with Geets picture flying into the fire in a way unites the two of them, symbolizing she is jaloing in his yaad ... and he must find her as soon as possible and put an end to this misery ...

an amazing display of tejis strength, power and brains side by side was what impressed me in todays narrative .. i would say Teji totally stole the show today, with maan and geet merely looking like side actors only complimenting the entire storyline move forward ...

the way he tricks and outsmarts dadi into admitting to the truth is what shows the man will not take anything lying low, neither can he be fooled ...

they answered the Annie waala question of behen kahan se aayi, by smartly inserting the line before the audience could ask, ke yeh bhai kahan se aaya ...😉 bravo !!

by showing Maan and teji not meeting they have left scope for some amount of mystery, confusion and drama ...

by creating a sense of question in Maans mind they have left a sense of doubt in Maans head

by not showing Geets face to teji and also maan's face, they have kept the drama element intact, and have left scope for any kinda turn of events ..

lastly by showing both the men, determined by the end of the episode to reach their respective ends, they have made sure that the audience does come back to watch whats in store tomorrow ...!!

A job brilliantly done and executed ... like i mentioned last night, i like the feel of this entire new set up...on a chilly night, while Maan thinks of Geet, and she remembers him, i cant help but hum this number ...
