I am not letting the cold get the better of me😳
I still worked out this morning...no mishaps😆
So after working out I thought I'll try the protein shake sample my Trainer hooked me up with a couple weeks back. Since it was lying in the car I got it out and poured the powder in the blender, added a banana and milk to it😳. Noticed the blender was having trouble blending😕So added more milk and tried to pour the whole thing in a glass😕 It would not pour out.........I said what the heck, inserted a straw in the jar and took a slurp.........Holy mother of God, it tasted like baby food
I have not been a baby for a long time now😳........but I guess some traumas stay with you forever
I tried to clean the jar ........it is stuck, the whole mess is stuck in there...so had to soak it in hot water😳And I had to drink boxed protein shake😳
Sorry about the lengthy update.......😆Hows the temperature here cold,luke warm or just HOT😆
