Think he will soon know the truth about his sister. Read or heard somewhere that he realises his mistake when he comes to know that its been his sister's fauklt all along. He wants to make amends to Anni also but she gives him a run for his money by not forgiving him. Hope that turns out to be the case. This confused guy needs to be straightened out soon and we viewers need to be put out of our misery trying to figure out his confusion....

No dear he is not confused he is in miserable situation he love annie but coz of his sister's situation he don't want to accept dat ofcourse he is her brother...... Poor guy some where he is a HUMAN do u guys ever realized he never hurt geet...... In dat hospital scene he was rude wid maan, annie but when geet speak he didn't reply back....... Wat he did wid annie was wrong but still he human...... Any brother would react like dat.......... We know real face of naintara he don't.............

Well he does Hate Maan and wants to Hurt him but he doesn't want Maan Dead...So that's why he helped them...and we know Arjun is not a bad person he just has been brainwashed by his sister that these people have harmed her...So he is doing his brotherly duties towards her becasue he thinks she is right. And he does love Annie that's why they showed him getting Jealous over Manav..!!! 😊
