Precarious affections - An ode in retribution of love much lost...

I intend to let you know,

how much I love you,

despite,

your feigned ignorance,

and I shall make your

life miserable

till you drop

that exaggerated pretense.

Don't you see

Why I am doing this?

Out of love.

Indeed,you'll see.

There shall be no letting go,

till you come

back,crawling

on all four.

this time in earnest,

going down,

down on your knee.

Context: Post Maan- Geet split. Following Geet's MU about Maan wanting to marry her to save Dev's ass. Maan throws a challenge that Geet wudn't be able to make it on her own without his help. Secretly he knows Geet will not admit her love, nor ask for his help so he makes sure he is around at India paints.

Context: Geet finally giving in to her love and making up after their umpteen cute little nok jhoks.

what gloom awaits

If it is willed so,

parted in body,

we shall remain ,

in love,

conjoined fates.

Context: Maan is hospitalised post the accident, after Geet goes missing from their sagai party and he has no clue why she left, what she dint say, and why she isnt around when all he can think of is her.

The best of me

My name could be

one too many

but the best of me

is called ,love.

A repute to be the

best of gifts from the

heaven's above.

I am known to have

brought bravest of men

on their knees,

and drive lovliest of

maidens to fight.

Overwhelm senses with

slightest of breeze

and enrapture coldest of

hearts in

utter delight.

passions.

I surge the greatest of

emotions.

and fill beauty ,wordlessly,

in the awkwardest of

pauses.

My name could be

but the best of me

is called ,love.

Context: None. I just see the transformation of Maan into an adoring husband and passionate husband. A far cry from his aggressive brute or as Geet named him Dust Danav... quite a metamorphosis there.. Thats the magic element that mankind knows to be Love..
