No, never got exposed to them. I see once a year when i go south. I find them too crude. I can't take the language. I saw Robot in Tamil in a Delhi theatre which is usually rare bcos wanted to take my mil for that. But she could not stand the noise. the chidlren complained because they could not understand anything.
the last Tamil movie i saw which came highly recommended was a film called 'Santosh subramaniam' and i really enjoyed it. But that is because i am a movie freak. I can enjoy any language if the sensibility is okay.I love the humour in the english rom-coms but when that gets translated into hindi, the culture is not the same.I saw anjaana anjaani with my kids and dragged my MIL also to it. She was too shocked. I told her that it is a new generation film but she wanted to come out with the kids. But she was totally shocked.
