ummmm yes Maan did look lost......u know why he looked lost??? He comes home tired....after a business meet out of town....what does he find?? His wife who is pregnant runnin like a mad woman in the house with her duppata on fire.....and he has not idea why she did that...

then he see's her when he is talkin to dadi.....lookin at him smiling....lovey dovey.....in a cute way.....leaving him confused and wonderin why is she lookin at me like that?

The when he is going to his room, she runs behind him again like a mad woman...and once again ends up hurting herself....and he comes concerned, and annoyed at her strange behavior and carries her to their room...

there like a sweet husband.......with full concentration he is caressing her ankle that she twisted....

then again when dadi leaves.....he notices her again all teary.....and smiling....then he tells geet that he is going to get freshened....and she tells him to come quick....

and this time they even show him sayin his POV......as to why is she acting soo weird.....so what do expect him to do when he has no idea as to WHY his wify dearest acting like a clumsy child.....and all smiles.....when they had gotten into such a heated argument??

Do u have any suggestions as to how he should have acted.....if u do...please go to the sets and explain to GC what u could have done to make it better....we would love to see ur suggestion

I feel GC showed more varied emotion today than DD. I like DD's acting but I feel she needs to move ahead and show more emotions than her bubbly acting and emotional crying. At times i find it repetitive. Also I found her too bubbly next morning when dadi mentions reception. I feel she needed to tone that down because afterall she has a complicated pregnancy and her husband is also worried about her. It would have been more natural of her to agree with maan for not having a reception. She should have thought of taking it easy and resting as doctor suggested. Women in such complicated pregnancies really do think about being careful.

I also feel that DD has trouble being natural about playing a pregnant woman.

Yes I agree. Do you have kids Veena? I remember, when I was expecting my daughter, the doctors told me that she is not growing well in my 7th month. They even suggested delivering the baby earlier. My husband and i refused and said we will take our chances since both of us are not very tall. But this piece of news was devastating to both of us. We did not feel like attending parties. We were gearing up for tough times ahead.

Thankfully, it was not the case and my daughter turned out completely fine.

What i am trying to say is that from personal real experience, Maan is more natural in this situation. Geet/DD is not able to show that as a tough pregnancy. Somewhere she is not able to portray that

But this persistent bubbly act is very unreal at times. Also her dialogue of "dadi aaj ki fikar ka quota kisi aur din" may have been funny but i do not think it was appropriate.
