I know everyone is questioning why Geet is getting so desperate and blaming it also on her hormones. But what I think is geet is getting hyper b'coz of Maan complete withdrawal from her. I am sure she would be happy if Maan just cuddles her, hugs her and kiss her.
But Maan being Maan doesn't want to risk that, i guess now that he knows that he has a right to do "THAT", he will not be able to nor probably Geet be able to stop at just kissing, touching etc...
