I know that it is a difficult choice but I think, when Geet told him that he had entrusted his faith in God and got rewarded,( in the hospital), Nissar hinted something like that. If you remember, the fakir who gave him the tabeez said it was not only for her hifazaat but also for their togetherness. This wil entwine their taqdir, khushi, etc.

So I feel if that path is followed by the CVs it will keeping with the shows essence.
