First of all my tinku was on floor, sad 😭...Then Maan phinally picked her up, and tried to tie to tinki wrist of Geet, but then ambulance came...

I think it would be symolized that things will out of his hands for a while, but then he tied the taveez on her wrist, so things would be fine then...

Like Doc said she is not feeling good, and if things wouldnt be changed then he had to decide to choose one...So means he is going through with the critical situation right now, but later everything will fine...That's my symbolism of that lil part of taveez not being tied on her wrist....
