Hey Folks !

I have been skimming through the forum, and there is one thing I'd really like to put my two cents on. Geet is not necessarily having cravings due to pregnancy.

Only because we know she is pregnant doesn't mean that we attribute all her cravings to pregnancy. It's very natural for anyone to crave for a particular favorite food when presented with the sight of it.

Personally, I can't resist is Chinese is kept in front of me. Now would that too be pregnancy cravings? 🤣 No right? So it might be cravings due to pregnancy, but at the same time it might just be normal, regular cravings which each of us have. And who knows, she might have already have a miscarriage. The stress a few weeks back was alot, and I don't think any pregnancy is able to handle that. But well, that's a totally different issue.

Bring on your thoughts, I'd love to hear =)

🤗

I tend to agree with you.....though I WAS hoping that we would see the first signs of morning sickness brought on by the smell of egg and mushroom....sad that the Cvs missed such an opportunity.

However, I am looking forward to Maan confessing that he's been reading up on books about pregnancy and knows all about the cravings of pregnant women.

BTW, Geet asking for achaar could be a sign of pregnancy craving, couldn't it?

Yep. When she said that the smell of egg was getting to her, for a second I thought that maybe they are getting the pregnancy angle. But then it was just passed off as a 'Geet' thing.

That's the only hitch. I wonder if they'll use it as a pregnancy thing or pass it off as a 'Geet' thing.

Thank You :) :)

Oh, I totally agree about Chinese and achaar cravings being poles apart. I guess the CV's aren't sure about the baby track, and they'll use this as they want later on. As usual.

i dont think so, for someone who hasnt eaten continantal food its going to taste like cardboard (not that i know the taste of it), and to eat eggs with mushrooms is a big step for a girl who is used to eating punjabi spicy food, so its normal to want something spicy.

its not at all pregnancy cravings

Yes...this is a vital sign of pregnancy and i think the CV's are tryin to show this part of the story too...finally...
i feel this way because Geet has no problem with american food....in fact she enjoyed eating Maan's pasta before...
but she felt sick due to the omelette smell...which had onions and mushrooms in it.....
feelin sick due to a smell like this means pregnancy....because many women feel sick due to different smells...and many pregnant women also sometimes cannot even eat food they like because it makes them nauseous...
in fact my Shital di, during her pregnancy could eat any of her favorite foods anymore....just the site of it made her throw up....and she couldn't even stand the smell of onions......pizza.....tomato....cheese....ect..ect...and all of this was her favorite....but due to her pregnancy she could not stand them...
also geet out of the blue asked for achar......
also maan asked geet that she has changed.....
so this means that the cv's just might be leading to her pregnancy cuteness now
also during the hotel scene way back when....that lobster would have had a much stronger smell...then the omellete.....and she didn't feel sick then either....
plus i have eaten mushroom omelette before......i u don't really smell much...
but u may be right too....but maybe the cv's have started to focus on geet and her pregnancy...so lets wait and watch😆
