Geet is going with her first impression/gut and past experience on giving Arjun a chance

she met him, he give her words of advice and comforted her when she was upset, she didn't know at this point who he was, he was just a stranger to her. NT would never comfort a stranger and offer them advice so to Geet he has shown that he is not like sister.

I think if Geet had known who that he NT's bro from the start that would have changed how she acted with him and she would be more cautious to begin with

Her past experience of Dev and Maan has taught her how different siblings can be and not to punish other's for someone's else sins, so I can see where Geet is coming from by wanting to give him a chance, it's all about your outlook on life and what kinda person you are.

What bothers me is that they made Arjun seem like a +ve and thoughtful character. he asked NT to move on when she wanted revenge. But now, when everyone is openly saying that they cannot forgive NT and Dev for what they did, wouldn't it be consistent if Arjun tried to find out what happened before he reacted to NT's claims? He does not seem like someone who would just destroy someone's life. What not ask someone and try to find out what really happened?

And secondly, why was Tasha dancing tonight? She was the one who misguided Anne. Why didn;t Anne go and bash her? Everyone gets away with doing anything. Thatz stupid.
