Well..if they really show Anvesha as Vicky after a gender change..that still won't explain what she's doing hiding away from the Khuranas....i mean she could not possibly be ostracized because Dadimaa was excited..and MSK totally indifferent....maybe she was trying to avoid shame from Delhi society....😕

It could be anvi is MSK's sister who he hates..unless the CV's want to bring in a unique plot...
