Yeah, NT is here with lot of tricks up her sleeves. The POA has had me confused too. Either she is bluffing (which he wouldn't dare with Maan), maybe trying to divert his attention to Geet so that she can take on KC, or she is using the POA to get to the BoD so that she can malign Maaneet's relationship there or its a blooper (which I don't think bcoz the team really does its homework).

I am thinking this POA might be a way of reaching the BoD so that she can raise questions on MSK giving Geet 51%, how Geet is related to MSK when they are not engaged or married, maybe use the Rasika Rathod and Mr. Chopra's deal off situations to convince the board that MSK is not handling the company right after Geet entered his life and so on. That way she can get MSK out of KC because NT knows that with MSK around, she cannot do anything at all.

Like she said yesterday, she knows what MSK and Geet mean to each other, so hurting one means hurting both in the process. Kill two birds with one stone logic maybe?
