My POV on the whole track:
Both Maan's and Geet's individual characters as well as their relationship lacked in some level. Both had flaws. . CVs are trying to show how they will overcome it!! This is not just a MU track..its a character groth as far as I can see!!
I dont see Geet's character ruining except for the fact that she not taking care of her preg. She had trust issues and insecurities and apparently all her fears were proven right now!!
I dont see Maan's character ruining either... His basic character was alway a bit selfish, cunning, ruthless and MCPish..and its still continuing !! I am not listing all this in a bad way... Let's admit he had all those streaks and we have seen it plenty of times in HP. His love and behavior towards Geet changed. Yes.... Did his character change... NO
Both are not yet ready to budge even an inch and both are right !!!
My POV for yesterday episode:
The outrageous and illogical things I found in yest episode was
1. Geet changing cloths in that display room ----- it was for CVs create a romantic scene
2. Maan making Geet to walk in her condition ----May be for comic scene. I found this more unpardonable.
Why Maan is shown inconsiderate for Geet's health?
Well...even I am not liking it!! Still in Maan's defence I would say "Its Geet who is preg..she should take care of herself". Still that doesnt justify him making her walk!!!
Why Geet is taking help from other and use drama and fake tears?
Because she has no other option. She DID try to reason with Maan...but that guy was not playing fair. What else could she do? Both are in a war and they are using all their ammunition!
Shen is not taking help from others in its literal way..she is using her wit and taking advantage of the opportunities!! Geet ws always shown as street smart (eg: Rasika Rathod or Preg confrontation) and still in character. No butchering here!!!
Why Geet is not asking about Daadi?
I dont know..May be CVs didnt think in this way. But even if she wants to I dont think she will ask. Just first day she tried remove that cotton thng from Maan's hair and he stopped her. So, would she ask anything personal to Maan anymore. I dont think so!!
Why she behaved like that infront of the client?
Maan played unfair and demoted her to a sec!! So she drove away the client. Score even!! Nothing more!! If Geet was stupid or immature, well then it was to stoop to Maan's level!!
I agree in all these they both should think from other's perspective...but I like them to fight it out and prove themselves to each other with
results than talking under Moon...giving promises..and all talk talk talk!! There is a BIG difference if Maan just accept Geet can be independedant and Geet actually proving it infront of Maan that she can be independent!! That will give her the confidence with her and their relationship!!
Also Maan has to be proved that Geet will never leave him by she actually realizing Maan's intentions and going back to him!!
To add as a Geet defender:
As per the track Geet has lost her respect and trust towards Maan! We as viewers know its a MU and Geet is wrong but Geet the character DOES NOT!!
So whatever she is doing is absolutely right. Geet Handa is right untill proven wrong to
HER.
This is the reason why people supports her, not coz of Girl power or Feminism or this is a serial about Geet hence Geet can never do anything wrong!!!
I am more partial towards Geet also coz Maan knows everything but he is not trying to clear things out!! Geet is ignorant but Maan is guilty!!
For Maan supporters: I agree all Maan supporters are not abs droolers!! Maan is very very hurt...his trust is broken, he is shattered!! But always play fair and sqaure!! But since it is Maan , I still dont see it as a character degradation!!! He always used all hook and crook.
