THE DEVIL'S NOTE
We Devils would like to ask certain people, as in people who dont get along with the Devil's Den residents, to stay away from the Den...yes maybe you think this is rude but WE LOVE OUR DEN and don't want our moods spoiled because of some unwanted peopleposting in this Den. We are people who like to have some fun and wecertainly wouldnt want the atmosphere of our Den spoiled because ofsome unwanted people posting and spoiling everything.
DEVIL'S PLEDGE

Hi everyone!
Well well...we got a rushed episode to say the least.
what happened GEET team? Hurry to go somewhere?
I am NOT very happy with the episode myself but I will wait for tomorrow.
I will try my best to find the logic and trace what happened today- it will be chronological here...
Seriously- There was linear progression in this episode.
I LOVED the slaps..but it seemed Dev has suddenly become stronger than Maan..he was supposed to REEL under the effect of so much force..but even his specs refuse to fall off.
I LOVED Geet stopping Maan. As I had mentioned yesterday, she will not let him become the man who will take decisions in "josh" not "hosh". MSK is not one who will slap his own brother out of a lack of control. And So, she stopped him from doing something he will keep regretting for a long long time.
what's with the black and white effect in the middle???
Red flowers brought at that moment-
A reminder of the happiness Maan had promised Geet. A reminder of their life again.
All those dreams shattered by her past. By his brother.
NOW , here- Maan should have remembered what he had said earlier..but with GC's expression..it was okay
"mere phool dekh kar ek baar toh muskuraayegi"
He wanted to bring smiles and happiness..instead, he brought sadness to her through his brother.(he thinks)
Geet knows this is the first time she has been given flowers by Maan...And she really cannot bear it anymore. She feels now what she will say later- that their lives will change- their world isn't only theirs anymore, adorned by those flowers

Geet showed the finger!!!YES!!! and the SLAP!!
It was long overdue!
What Geet said - I talked about in the symbolism yesterday- not repeating again..
the dialogues alluded to that!😊
Geet's answers back to NT were nice...particularly this one
"main chup chap rone waalon mein se nahi hoon"
she will fight for her rights and justice..Yes Geet..!!
Look at the change this woman has come to..the maturity and the strength.
she reminds NT of the fact that she was left at the airport crying- NOW she's not that girl anymore.
I love NT's characterization- She is such an amoralist! I love hating her!
DEV- MAAN scene
The previous scene- we had both actors brilliantly emoting
Here- GC had most of the lines. Good.
the sense of anger, and anguish at her pain was visible in Maan's eyes and his voice.
The image produced by his words was pretty strong- The Geet that was innocent- exploited forever- HOW many of us were NOT reminded by all the HP scenes in our flashbacks?

The justice meted out to Dev by Maan was cold. detatched. the only feelings he had were those of SHAME at what Dev did to Geet. That's it. He was determined about what he needed to do. And he did it.
Perhaps he did it quickly because if he had stopped..he would have perhaps weakened?
That's why the title- the justice was cold(Maan was indifferent to his brother's plight it seemed to me), Fast(if he had stopped..perhaps he would have weakened..it must not be delayed any longer)
Geet narrating the entire story in presence of Maan and Dadi.
The house- the mansion has been ripped apart by this..
Dadi is silent- what was she supposed to say to that?
did she even have any say in that?
It was Geet's story
NOW THIS part I would have loved to see in detail..
I know it was edited- it was plainly visible..Why? why could you guys not show this properly?
Wasn't this important? the most important?
Again- IT was cold and fast.
Maan's eyes had the expression of shame
In this dialogue- there could have been a clear parallel shown between the scene in HP where the land becomes MAAN's in the registrar's office in Amritsar.
HERE,there was a need for that.
As well as the need for MAan and Geet remembering- Main hamesha tumhara saath doonga
Yes-their eyes say it all- but it would have added lots more to this scene..
This music- was played in the Dargah scene- when they were being separated by that thread of destiny- which of course- inevitably and inextricably bound them.
"yeh sab kuch bhula ke khushiyon se aage bhadein"
"bro aap apne aap ko zimmedaar nahi thehraayein"
Dev does know his brother well.
Geet looks at Maan when Dev says the latter dialogue- She knows he will blame himself too.
Perhaps allusion to this blame- I AM hoping here..that we might see MAAN remembering everything...and blaming himself...I WISH we do get something like this
Dadi fainting-
NO closure was given to this segment.
Dadi was about to do something when NT called out to her. But she stopped
but NT's dialogues have definitely hit home-
"KHURANA khandhaan ki izzat mitti mein mil jayegi Dadima"
Will this be the trigger for Dadima to avoid scandal and bail out Dev and NT from jail..and send them out secretively to Canada?
We see Dadi looking at Geet. Maan looking at Dadi and then turning to look at Geet.
Refusing to meet her eyes but then meeting them. And Gee running away.
This was very important..I think for coming up track because we saw for a moment- Maan almost saying
"what do I do?" he refused to meet her eyes.
And she ran away at this.
She was sad because MAAN was ashamed( or am I imagining here??)
She was sad because YES, their lives will change.
MAan supported Geet.
He went after her to the terrace.
GEET remembers Dadi's look when Dev was being handcuffed.
She knows that although she is right, and she has gotten justice..it is a COLD one( ALL candles except one are snuffed out)
she has destroyed that family, she's not responsible for it. But she has been the instrument through which it has been destroyed( oh God..I had written the exact same lines in defending Draupadi against male critics!)
The warmth of the Khurana hearth has become cold.
Maan comes from behind...
We see 1 candle lit.
THAT is their love.
That won't be extinguished..
With darkness all around them right now in life-
That candle..that glow of their love will help them see
That glow is their love which will show them the way
though all around them is dark- Nature(through moon AKA God/taqdir ) and their love for each other will warm them through the snowy road.
MAan holds her by the shoulders- Giving her strength and support. Reassuring her that he's there and he always will be
"yeh chaand gawaah hai ki humare beech ab sab kuchh badal jayega. Humari duniya sirf humari nahi..humari duniya badal gayi hai"

Remember the mention of moon- taqdir talk during Nature- engagement?
Once Again..it's a vow taken ..accepted in Nature's presence-like all their vows..it is approved by Nature.
Geet is not an outcast in society anymore.
Maan has stood up for her. Maan has signed, and stood by her against all odds- his own family.
their relation is now more mature- can develop.
NOW there is nothing anymore in her past to reveal.
he knows all.
Unless his past intrudes(which I think will soon) they have time to work on their relationship.
That chapter is closed..her past isn't between them at all.
more importantly- NOW they cannot live in their dream house- that dream has been shattered.
So now they will make a home in the real world- within society.
HIS cupping of her face and wiping away her tears-
Well- he IS the one within whose arms she will be protected.
He will wipe those tears if they come again- he promises her silently.
THE HUG
That hug was one of uncertainty...was of pain.
HEr needing him as much as He needed her. That hug was filled with pain too..for each other.

Dadi's dil doobofied na..so i was right..she will bring devtara out of jail and then dev will change his colors..mark my words..cvs r trying hard to manaofy him to turn grey..haha
Things went a bit too fast today.police scene could hv come tomorrow..what was the hurry?.i wanted to see msk's dillemma today
Episode had some hidden gems of future story even if it was avg and a hurried one..i already hinted it to anj in another thread.i wish i could do an analysis today as today's episode gives clear pic of future story especially the last part where msk leaves dadi and runs after geet..tells her world may change but i m with u and geet telling our world might change tomorrow:)
sending them to jail is not end of this track as court verdict is not out and they can get bail..my only complaint is they hv not shown msk's dillema and rushed in with police..but track ain't over:)
