Maan matters and Geet matters Truth also Matters.....

Geet will tell him the truth and thats for sure.....

Maan hopefully will take it in the right sense and support her that is also sure....

as for Sam....According to Maan thats a closed chapter......and so he does not want to talk about it....

whereas for Geet Dev and NT is not a closed chapter...she tried to close it but then they knocked her door again....and now with another harsh truth added to that Dev is Maan's brother....making the things more worse and difficult for her...

But in spite of all this she will say the truth....

But i dont see a Reason to Bring in Sam at all.....Kyu ki she is a chapter closed shut down.....

And the Story POV is important...right now its Conc on Geet and her Probs and how Maan will react to her revealing the entire truth....same goes for Maan....when Sam comes into the Picture he will def tell he who she is....and stuffs...But now there is no need for it...
