And whoever r donig analysis on first 2 pages..make sure we r praising the CVs ...giving them hope and not complaining there😆..we know they r in a crisis...so instead of complaining ..make sure we r giving them more ideas to carry on till GC returns....now we r sure CVs r stalking the den..so we hv double responsibilitiy of what we write in first 10pages at least😳
