Everyone with colds and sore throats here is a disgusting yet effective way to get rid of it- Hot milk, turmeric, sugar and pepper. It works like magic, the taste however is quite tragic😆

@Jhan...me feel for you...I suffer reall bad too..when they come....I even stopped eating some of my favorite foods cause they seem to be a trigger...😕 Me understands your problem...hope you feel better soon....
