It's called Reel-To-Real Syndrome..they start thinking of the actors in term of his onscreen character..which is most of the time very veryyyy hot...😆 and therefore actress becomes girlfriend..like HC is dating sonam not aditi, but people think he's going out with her..😆..if DD falls ill then all the fangirls will blame Guru only...🤣
