The Need to Express

Okay. so some of you might find this a bit weird but something's been bothering me and it's like those times when you don't know the answer to something and it keeps bugging you. So someone posted a topic yesterday of the DMG cv's saying not to compare Geet with DMG. There was one part in that video where their creatives were like "yeah, Drashti, we worked so hard on her". So i don't know how this sounds to anyone else but it really got to me😡. What I took from it or what it sounded like to me was something like "we worked so hard on her and if we didn't she wouldn't be such a big hit". No offense, but i don't think they did anything. I watched it from day 1 and when drashti entered DMG her acting was as good on the first day as it was on the last. Its really bugging me. I feel like, how could you have the nerve to say that you basically planted the seed and now the flower is in someone else's vase so its all your effort. I THINK NOT!!

So nobody else felt that way? maybe i'm just going cocooo🤪

I didnt really watch DMG and saw her very fleetingly in an episode or two , and I didnt see this CV's waala ionterview too....but I can vouch for one thing ..... Dhrashti is a wonderful actress , and sooo natural that we often forget to give her her due ....and she has her own inherent talent , which cannot be anyone else's "work" on her ...I understand how you feel..

Dear Mods , I am not responding as a "comparision" ...I know comparision topics are not allowed ...but am just standing in support of Drashti's talent as her own credit !

believe me....that was so uncalled for....the dmg CV's gone insane....

i felt the same way and voice my opinion on the other thread! But i will say that she's been consistent till day one...she rocks at comedy and her dramatic side is amazing..when she was in tears on friday's episode so was I! She knows how to act!

Drashti said in an interview that she fumbles a lot on her lines so she does many rehearsals so maybe they meant...they helped her w/delivery and stuff! But whatever the case...she's worked hard and it shows and she deserves all the success in the world! And I hope she always remains cute, sweet, and humble!!! That's why i love her!

it was actually bothering me too.....They probably worked hard on Muskaan not on Geet.....They are totally two different characters....so they need to stop taking credit for other characaters plays
