Why is everyone so keen on assassinating MSK's character? There is a reason why we fell in love with him even when he was a totally rude (when he didn't help Geet in the Mela).

There is absolutely no reason for MSK to fall on his knees.

Someone talked about Geet falling on her knees and therefore it was no problem for MSK to do the same. There is a problem. Geet's character has always been emotional, she always wears her emotions on her sleeves, she tells what is on her mind and does not back down, MSK on the other hand finds it really difficult to express his emotions, he keeps them bottled up.

So please don't have MSK fall on his knees, there are other ways of apologizing, other than begging.
