Since I have taken to reading poetry tonight, I would like to quote a few versus that I love. We all saw Geets courage, her determination is nothing but the manifestation/reflection of the love she feels. She does not know what the end may be, by telling the truth of her pregnancy, by risking her future, she has given MAAN the love HE seeks, on his terms. She has loved him totally without question, without compromise and without any conditions -

I hold it true, whate'er befall;
I feel it when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all
-Tennyson

Today I could see the pain Maan is going through. And her pain only doubles and pales in front of his. Maan cannot confide in anyone, and in his lonliness his pain can only seem magnified. And I think along with his pain, it is his lonliness that haunts him. It cuts him. It pierces him. It finishes him.
It leaves him Bereft

Where had I heard this wind before
Change like this to a deeper roar?
What would it take my standing there for,
Holding open a restive door,
Looking down hill to a frothy shore?
Summer was past and the day was past.
Sombre clouds in the west were massed.
Out on the porch's sagging floor,
Leaves got up in a coil and hissed,
Blindly striking at my knee and missed.
Something sinister in the tone
Told me my secret my be known:
Word I was in the house alone
Somehow must have gotten abroad,
Word I was in my life alone,
Word I had no one left but God.

The loneliness that Robert frost depicts in this poem gives me an ache in my heart, just as my heart today aches for loneliness in Maan and Geet.

I shan't talk about Dev yet because I want to just enjoy the devotion that Maan and Geet have for each other. Yes, they are truly devoted to each other arent they. And despite the sadness and grief that engulfs them at present, my heart sings in joy for the devotion they have for each other-

The heart can think of no devotion
Greater than being shore to ocean -
Holding the curve of one position,
Counting an endless repetition.

There are many ways I can interpret this poem-1)Maan and Geet are like shore to an ocean devoted to each other. I can also interpret it as Geet's unwavering determination to stand tall no matter what blows life deals her with...Finally,

For Geet-

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
