here there is possessiveness...and also he had given her strength to fight for what she wants👍🏼...unless she makes him hear the truth he is not going to believe in her innocence and she does not want him on a compromise..or as a natak..she has had enough of that..

she is risking losing him...by telling the truth and that strength..he gave..her with his words of supporting her... even if he has to do natak for it..even if it pains him..and she cannot stand his pain..neither can..actually... she also says it will be his decision after she tells him the truth again that strength he gave...
they are making a strong foundation for their relationship...truth and trust

While I agree that Maan's actions and words do not mean the same thing and he tends to say things in anger he really does not mean, I still feel that he needs to apologise this time. He has gotten away with these bitter words far too many times. Yes, he is in shock and is angry that he had been kept in the dark for so long but then he never let her explain herself although she repeatedly begged him for a chance. If it had not been for Geet's perseverance he would have still been wallowing in anger and pain. So I do want him to come down a few notches and say "I'm sorry" from the bottom of his heart. Geet may not expect it of him but I do.
