Geet can tell the truth without letting Maan know who made her suffer. 😳 For Geet telling Maan about the truth matters and not who did it to her. But at this point of time.. even though they both love each other and Geet wants Maan to be her partner.. she does not know where Maan stands after knowing her truth. So for now she will be happy if only he listens to her about her past. Who did it and all might come later.. 😳 And Maan being Maan might want to know who did it in his own way to teach them a lesson. Maan knows everything about her family reaction.. so the only person remaining is who duped Geet and brought her to her present condition. Hence the promo of him saying he needs to find out who did so wrong to her.
