Hello Geet-ians:
Alright I am not here to justify any character, neither am i biased about just one character....I love all of the character from Geet whether it is Sasha or Tasha...they all are loved by me cuz tht is the reason i love the whole show Geet.
Ok...so poeple are saying tht wht is wrong with maan and did he not tell Geet tht he trusts her then why did he act tht way?? why did he suddenty walk out on Geet when she told him the biggest truth of her life....well people...I dont need to justify him when i tell you tht he was stunned and couldn't fathom the fact tht his Geet was touched and loved by some other man (well I am pretty sure tht is wht he thought)...he always considered Geet to be his for such a long time....she did not like to be with another man so Maan completely ignored the fact that there might be someone from her past or even from present tht he might know....he always had tht false assumption tht since Geet was the epitome of simplicity and truth, she will never lie or hide anything from him....in all of his false assumption, he forgot tht fact tht Geet is after all a human being and she does in fact have a life of her own tht he doesnt know of.
He got shocked when he realized tht she is pregnant and she didnt tell him sooner even though he did not realize tht he himself said tht there is nothing like 'us' between them. Now his brain is fully focused on wht is goin on in the present. He wants to start his life afresh and he wants Geet to be there with him and just when he was about to tell her tht she means a world to him, she confessed to him tht she is pregnant....truthfully I was really sad to see him heartbroken and I too wanted to smack him when he jus left her hand like tht and exited the hallway without hearing her out completely...the fear in her eyes was evident and so was her courage tht she couldnt lie to him anymore.
There are several reasons he walked out on her: 1st, he oculd not face rejection....I mean we are viewers so we know both side of story but he didnt and when Geet told him tht she is pregnant, it came with a warning sign according to him. A warning sign tht said tht I cant be yours because I am alredy some one elses so for him, it seemed more like a rejection especially when he confessed his feelings indirectly to her so he was expecting the same from her but instead she told him tht she is pregnant. The 2nd reason is tht he was hurt. Deeply and immensly hurt....as an audience I could tell tht it took time for him to get the real news to sink in and when it did, it seemed like a betrayal....he thot tht all this time, he has been so affectionate towards a girl who is not even his and who cant be his...all this time while he thot of her, she thot of someone else...he felt betrayed and that is the reason he was questioning why Geet did not tell him sooner....I think it was so he can stop himself from feeling for her too deeply before it is too late but little does he know tht feelings of love cannot be suppressed no matter wht
His walking out signifies tht he is after all a human just like all of us...yes he was an idiot for not listening to the whole truth but he is not flawless.....I am sure tht today he walked out on Geet but tomorrow (not literally but figurately speakingg) he himself willl take her hand and lead the way nad protect her from any harm...jus you wait ppl.
Lastly, we can only wait and watch because after soo many hearfelt moments, there was bound to be some misunderstanding looking at the track....besides misunderstanding is a part of relationship as well and it only makes a relationship stronger...so dont wory...its is not any of their fault...it is just the circumstances

A/N: This doesnt mean tht i dont feel Geet's pain, but it is only a way of justifyin Maan cuz wht Geet did today desrve an applaud and she proved to maan that she is infact an epitome of loyalty but this post is to see both side of the story
