It depends on when you see the new moon in your part of the world. Some places it see it at diffrent days. plus or minus a day.

Polki it depends on Moon which is sighted on 29th of Ramadan so if Moon is sighted at a particular country/state Eid is celebrated there and thats how its different for different states😊
