why Dev called up Maan

What did Dev want to talk about? Of all the people he called up Maan to inquire about Geet? I mean, if he is going to inquire him about Geet then the whole truth about their wrongdoing will be out in front in front of his big bro and daadima. Is he not afraid of Maan ...coz. Maan had already warned him to behave properly. I am a bid confused....what is he (kathputli of naintara) up to?

What I felt about that phone call was may be Dev was afraid that Geet might tell everything to Maan...I think that's the only reason that Dev was scared, he won't let Maan to know the truth because when Maan asked about how he arranged the money, then also Dev didn't tell

@ Amrita should't Dev run for his life now...whether or not Maan know about their deeds...Geet knowing Maan would proved to be dangerous for them.......

according to scenario now dev knows geet was an ex employee
he doesnt know that geet is still with maan
he might want to know about geet
or somethings he neednot tell about his misdoings as doesnt know geet and maan r together
