You know when I first tried to tell my husband about Geet, he didn't really want to know but I was trying to justify my addiction and he said to me, "honey I am sorry to burst your bubble, but he is gay, just in the closet, did you wonder why he hates women?"

I was heartbroken and my husband got a chuckle out of it.

But all this talk about MAAN-love reminded me of that convo.

Dont get me started on Husbands and their opinion of Geet...

Mine is either mocking the Mahis, the eyelocks, or Guru's diction or if nothing else then how babaji has run away a long time ago to save himself from geet's constant badgering


Now i try and watch it when he is not around so that i dont have to put up with his live commentary 😭

My husband doesn't understand Hindi, he is German, he has no interest in the show, he doesn't even care that I am so involved in it. I just think that he gets a kick out of making fun of me and seeing me defend a fictional character in a fictional story. Also I kinda feel sometimes that I have to justify my behavior because I feel like I am ignoring him.

But the Mahiii, are really annoying now. and I think they need to move from eyelocks to hand holding soon.
