@Gouri, love I am trying to quit, that is why I was trying to get support from you guys. I have been good in the last 2 days. Trying really really hard, promise. The den is stopping me from killing someone out of frustration. So thank you all of you.

its not as difficult as u think.... i made my hubby quit it...oopss my bf .... he was my bf that time... 8 yrs ago.....

trying chewing gum continuously.... n stay at den or some place which keeps u occupied all the time.....
