i dont understand wat u r trying to say....if at the age of 18 she can go against her family to keep her child....if at the age of 18 she can be ready to fight all odds of society to be a single mother to her child....if at the age of 18 she can leave hoshiyarpur and come to an unknown city like delhi to start her life afresh....
then y cant she do a simple job of trusting maan and sharing her pain with him....doesnt maan's love, his passion, his desire to have her mean nothing to her....does she really believe in her heart that maan will leave her in middle of the ocean once he learns the truth...after all these days of knowing maan....is this the conclusion she has of him....then i am sorry to say that she is yet to learn the true meaning of love....

if i will love someone then i will trust him enuf to share my bitter past rather than letting him hear it from others....if i cant trust him that much then i hv no right to say that i love him....also if he loves me he will accept me as i am with my past....and if he doesnt then he does not love me....

even i wish the CVs stop dragging this issue....once and for all the truth must come out now...after all sooner or later it is going to come out....till then maan and geet will continue hurting one another....on geet' s part she knows y she is refusing him....but on maan's part it is rather frustrating for him that y geet is refusing him in spite of loving him because he doesnt know the truth....

i wud rather like to see maan knowing the truth and being a part of her pain and supporting her in every way rather than fighting like cats and dogs every day and ending up staring into each eyes with utmost passion...wat is the meaning of this....

i guess hoshiyarpur sequence will fasten up things....once reaching there....the truth must come out widout delay because now all ppl of hoshiyarpur knows that geet was cheated by a man....only thing is that i wanted maan to hear it from geet rather than from anyone else like brij or darji....
i guess my wish will remain unfulfilled....

It's not a matter of her trusting maan. In her life right now she has no room for a husband, the last one she had betrayed her and left her in the worst position of all. Plus Geet has been led to believe that Dev knows about the baby and he has never come forward to take on the responsibility then why would some strange guy who she has no relation to. Sure not all men are the same but Geet doesn't know that, all the men she has known in her lifetime have been cowards and terrible. For once in her life she took on the challenge to go on with her life and raise her baby on her own so what if she loves someone doesn't mean she is going to forget her responsibilities or dump those responsibilities on someone else expecting them to pick the pieces and be with her.
You saw how the doctor reacted when he found out that she was an unmarried pregnant women, it was so bad she had to leave pinky's house. Then why would she feel comfortable sharing that with a guy who hasn't even got the courage to tell her that he loves her. Sure he might have shown it to her but that is not what Geet needs right now. She needs to know that he loves and wants to marry and will be with her no matter what. maan has never said anything like that then why should she believe that he will be willing to accept her even with her past.



Another thing, Geet has told Maan twice that she can't love him. Once at the club and once today when she said that I don't want to burden you, each time he has disregarded those statements. He needs to push her to figure out why she would say those things he has his opportunities but he misreads them as her lying or simply running away from her feelings.

i think i hv been reading too much into maan's POV....i better start seeing things from geet's side too....i understand all that u hv said....
so far all men in geet's life were either cowards or brutes....that maan is different she is yet to learn....
now let me write my POV from both side.....

geet shud by now know that maan is not like other men....the entire first night of outhouse was shown in a very lighter and comic notes...but that had a deep meaning....maan cud easily take advantage of her being far away from locality....but instead he tried to get rid of her....he shouted, he quarelled, he fought like a child over the bed but never once did he give any wrong signal in spite of the fact that he is strongly attracted towards her.....
and i dont deny her responsibilities for her child....but since she has fallen in love....and also maan is in love with her....she cannot leave maan widout giving him any reason....

let me say one thing here....if later on in life say when the child is few years old....and then a decent man comes into her life and proposes marriage in spite of knowing her past....she mite agree to his proposal....i know this happens....then wont geet stop to think that she shud hv given maan a chance too.....if this present fellow can accept her with her past....then maan who was so deeply in love wud hv accepted too....

ok....forget about trust....my point is geet and maan r both in love....but geet has her own reasons not to confess...so what next....leave him and let him believe that he has failed as a lover....that he is not suitable for him....geet is thinking maan will be better off widout her...but how can she know that maan wont kill himself once she leaves.....after all its common news in news channels that youngsters commit suicide for failing in love life....geet shud tell maan everything watever the outcome maybe....if he blames her for her past....then that wont be new for her as she faced that from her own family and that doctor....and if maan believes her and accepts her then problem solved....and if maan doesnt believe it will also be proved that his love is fake....widout trust there is no love....

ok.... now geet....she has told maan twice that she cant love him....i agree here that maan shud now start reading between the lines of everything that geet says....he knows that she loves him but yet she is refusing...a mere 18 year old girl showing so much resolution must hv a strong reason behind it....this is where maan is failing....his ego and his arrogance is overpowering him....he makes all sorts of crazy plans to make geet confess and wen she does not he feels defeated and anger makes him blind and fails to read the innuendos...he himself said to dev that geet is very difficult to understand but yet not making any attempts to do that...i think the only thing he can do is exactly wat u said....he shud confess first and assure him that he truly loves her....only then can she make her tell y she is not accepting him....specially after today wen she said that she doesnt want him to be suppressed under the burden of her life....that line clearly meant that she has a dark secret....if only maan instead of ignoring it wud hv thought about wat she said....things wud hv been simpler....

gosh....this love story is so complicated....i just wish hoshiyarpur trip will solve everything....but then a new problem will arise wen maan will know that the child's father is none other than his own brother....more complications ahead wen dev will know about the child....well....these twists r part of daily soap....it is just that i cant bear to see maan in pain anymore....

he will be more heartbroken if she tell him directly like that he must search by him self on geet past

and geet cant look at him if he knows from her that she is pregnant ! its matter of person image + she doesnt want maan to be a part from her life she want the best life for him

i so agree with you geet doesnt have to ruin his future with her ugly past!

She is pregnant adits...her perspective is not to attain her love anymore.. she wants to build a future for her due soon child. When she said haan to Maan...she had gotten lost in the spur of the moment, plus I don't blame her. Maan is irresistible. Imagine the most hunkilicious guy in front of you.. you are most likely to lose your cool in such a situation but then she recovered. I agree that she is giving Maan pain, but it is not due to some stupid reason like sacrificing your love for your best friend as shown in many shows...who btw could sacrifice her love for you too na.if she really was your friend??... but here she is a single mother, who has responsibility on her shoulders and she is 18 as well., barely an adult. She probably thinks she is not worthy of Maan now... after all she's been through, and doesn't want Maan to suffocate due to the pressure and stress that will invade his life if she associates with him in this context!!

my only point is that let maan make his own decision na....instead of rejecting him and telling lies like she doesnt feel anything for him....y cant she blurt out truth about her past....then let maan decide whether he wants to be burdened with her or not....and every ppl do not think like geet....for some ppl loved one and their problems r not burdens...

yes...the child is geet's responsibility....but its not that maan will take her away from her child....he may either leave her or be with her and share her responsibility....yes geet motive is not to attain her love but then life doesnt go as planned....that she has fallen in love was not part of her plan when she left home....but now that maan is part of her life she cant just go away by breaking his heart....its not about geet getting her love....its about maan getting the chance to get his love....y shud he be not given the chance with no fault of his...
