Today's episode was brilliant. In fact, it might have been the best to date. Maan has changed at many levels and today's episode was a demo of that.

Sensitive Maan - just love this avatar of his. He is now proactively trying to protect Geet instead of reactively protecting her. He was sensitive to the fact that Geet would be upset if she knew about the project. Hence, he was trying to keep her away from it. Earlier, he would have cared less and felt repentent after seeing Geet hurt. Now he can step into Geet's shoes and know how she would feel even before she feels those emotions.

Protective Maan - He refused to take any sh$%@t when it came to Geet even if it meant losing a business deal and an important client. Way to go Maan!!!! Earlier, he would shown the "I told you so" attitude. Not anymore. I kind of felt sorry for Ms Rathod actually. She was least expecting to see Maan insult her by canceling the contract and showing her the door.

Confident Maan - He knew what he was doing while putting the earring back on her ear. We did not see any wavering on his part. The way he pulled her out of hiding, caressed her ear, drew her close and looked at her. He wasn't even teasing her like in the kitchen scene. He was fully aware of his actions. He was not in a trance which almost always ends in him looking away after coming back to his senses.

Possessive Maan - He admitted that he cannot see any outsider hurt Geet. When he asked Mr. Chopra to get Rahul off the project, Geet had no inkling of it. He now wants Geet to know that he cannot tolerate anyone misbehaving with her. Wow!!!!
I am glad Geet understood the enormity of that statement.
