I think he must be scared of getting exposed about the crime he has done against Geet ... so it is moren for his own safety than for any feelings for geet that he might be looking for her !

I think Dev wants to know what Geet is doing so far away from her house....

As far as Dev is concerned Geet is married by now... So he might want to make sure that he is safe from any actions that Geet or her family might take on him.... If Geet is happily settled then he doesn't have to fear anything from that side.....

Also Dev is sort of attracted towards Geet..... So if he finds out Geet is not married, God only knows what his plans are... Maybe to continue from where they were before???..... With Dev anything is plausible....

Moreover he doesn't know about Geet pregnancy, or that Naintara told Geet that Dev was already married.... If he knew that he would certainly be running away from Geet...
