i don't mean to pick on you, but this is something that has been brought up in Geet as an issue and is definitely a reality in India along with many other parts of the world.

IF Geet does marry Maan because he offers due to the well being of child, I don't think anything is wrong with that. A mother's first responsibility is always and will always be to her children and she is always willing to make sacrifices for the well being of her children.

I can just see it now.....the baby will be crying and Maan will yell at Geet to make it stop crying. Then the baby will need a diaper change and Maan will yell at Geet to change its' diaper....Then the baby will want to play and Maan will yell at Geet.....oh wait no then he'll play iwth the baby when no one is looking and when Geet comes into the room he'll tell her to take care of the baby as he suddenly stops playing iwth the baby.
