I do not think she was being ungrateful. We must all remember that Geet was brought up in a very conservative family where if her dupatta was seen crooked she was punished. She never got a chance to interact with men like other girls of her age.

Think about her reaction and Pinky's reaction to the phone guy. Pinky has seen such things so many times where as Geet has never. Considering all this I believe it was reasonable for her to get uncomfortable being alone with Maan in the middle of the night. She herself said in her monologue she does not believe Maan to act like that around her. And she was playing around with the knife.

I dont think she has forgotten whatever kindness Maan has shown to her in Hoshyarpur. The truth is that when they were in hoshyarpur Maan has insulted her with the words and misunderstood her more times than the times he saved her. So we can understand her irritation when he questions her professionalism when she gave flowers as a token of her gratitude. She is a bit miffed thats all. 😊
