Okay so today's episode didn't surpass our expectations...boohoohoo! 😆 (Even for me, I cant believe I got so angry, 😲 I'm normally a very calm & serene but today I lost it, shows how Geet is getting to me, I'm taking it too seriously 😆)
Back to the topic, I just wanna say, it was justified on our behalves to obviously be angry & upset but remember guys Geet is just fictional so just gotta slow down (I see hypocrite Faz(moi) is talking 😆😳)! I have actually been doing breathing exercises to calm myself 😆 no joke I'm serious! Anyways keeping the bad points of the episode out, I wanna mention the small points which made a big impact for me!, which after reflecting on the episode made me feel awesome! 😉 Now it seems long but its only 6 points & I elaborated on what happened, so hope you guys enjoy this & agree!
1. Rahul's (perverted) handshake with Geet - First Maan looked almost smug thinking Geet is not confident enough to shake hands with Rahul (Dil may uss kay laadoo phut rahay thay kay Geet uss kaminay say haath nahi milaye gi 😆) But obiviously that didn't happen & Geet did shake his hand. 😉 And when Maan saw the handshake, his expressions changed from being relaxed to being shocked to being angry. Gurmeet <3 you for your amazing ability to change expressions so clearly, I mean we never miss a thing because you do it so subtly but it just stands out too! 😉👏 That look of jealousy on Maan's face was PRICELESS, the anger truly showed! 😉 (Which is the reason why I think he kept on being mean to Geet but let's forget that!) Then the jealous expressions on his face when Rahul again complements Geet on her sari! It looked like he was going to attack Rahul any minute, for hitting on his girl! 😉
2. Maan pulls Geet on the dancefloor - everything that happened affected Maan so much that he started to dance with Geet but he was handling Geet with aggression. I thought that maybe it was his ego at first which made him act mean, but then I realised that everything was building up for Maan, throughout the whole day & night, he had to put up with one thing or another which was going wrong which he thought was done by Geet intentionally! The way he was handling Geet on the dancefloor indicates this, I think he's fustrated becuase he doesn't understand his emotions or his closeness to Geet that both of them are starting to feel. He's falling for Geet and half of his attitude is coming from that, he doesn't actually know how to act or behave with Geet therefore just be's extra mean towards her. They say Love starts with Hate & this is what's happening here! 😉
3. Geet tells Maan that he hates her - Now when Geet said this, Maan's face completely changed, I mean he was completely blown away by what Geet said, he hand't expected this, I mean nobody in his life had tried so hard & actually told him how hard they were trying to make everything right but obviously that's never enough. I think in that instance he was totally sucummbed to Geet's words that he totally forgot the world, with such strong emotions he pulled the girl back to dance with her.
4. Kurbaan ho he gaya - This was Maan's way of making Geet feel that she wasn't hated by him, I mean the way them two were dancing, even I felt like no one else was around and only the two were dancing. Both were so consumed by the dancing that they didn't notice anyone else. Other than each other, for them nothing else existed! When Maan put his arm around her waist and held her, Geet felt scared of the unknown, the new and the intense things she was feeling, you can clearly see that on her face, she doesn't know what to do, its as if she's been compelled to dance with Maan & doesn't understand why. Through the dance when he moved towards Geet, giving her full eye contact, it was so intense that Geet looked away and way about to move back when he pulled her back in. Now that is what I call WHOA! After that it was full on PASSION! No stopping, these two just stole the show, because there was energy, the zest of life alive in their dance, this showed their chemistry off! When Maan picked Geet up, spun her around in his arms & then put her down again, the way they were looking at each other, that was electrifying, both felt the current like never before, both had so much intensity that they forgot in their moment of passion of their surroundings once again. And after D&N's scene he lifted Geet once again, look at the way Geet has just surrendered herself completely to Maan, Maan took the lead and at the right moment brought her down slowly, their sweet but short eyelock, now this was the moment that Geet realized what was happening, before it was as if she had no control over herself & had to give in to Maan when she did realize it was too late. She slowly moved her hands down his body to his hands, which were on her waist. She was still scared of these new feelings and its clearly reflected in her eyes, when she moved Maan's hand his expressions were somewhat surprising, it was as if he didn't want to let go but had to because he was forced to by Geet. Maan looks away thinking, what did just happen? What did we just do? Geet is still a little hesitant, she looks at Maan to read his expressions & feels confused. I can not describe to you at all how I feel watching that dance again because once again I'm left speechless. Everything was perfect in that dance from the moves to the energy, to the physical contact to the eye contact! AMAZING!
4. Everyone is shocked about Maneet - Realization dawned on Maan about his seductive & magnetic dance with Geet, it wasn't something he had the intention of doing but happened & overwhelmed by the whole experience leaves. Everyone is shocked to their very core, they have never seen Maan like this before with anyone and have infact seen a miracle. Pinky is like WOW did you see their chemistry? Adi too is thinking WOW, Sasha has been thwarted in her plan once again 😈 she never expected that Maneet shared this deep of a bond, something which compels them to come closer each & every time, its something which is inevitable. This growing attraction is like fire & cant be stopped by the ice queen. Try all you want Sasha, the faith that Maneet share, though they may not know it yet, will always force them to come closer & closer until they madly fall in love with each other! That's when Maneet will reach their true peak of passion, love & romance!
5. Maan saves Geet's dignity - Maan comes back only to see a distraught, crying Geet in the middle of the dancefloor, with half a torn sari on. His expressions are flabbergasted, he looks like someone had snatched the ground from under his feet, putting two & two together, he looks at Geet and then runs to her rescue, covering her up with his jacket! Maan looked hurt, it was as if someone had tried to play with his own self respect & dignity. Geet is not only relieved but also greatful for Maan helping her, Maan is looking around to see who has seen this whole scene, the look on his implied that he was thankful that he came on time, though he wasnt happy, he was protecting Geet like she was his life. Whilst Geet lowers her gaze, Maan turns his attention towards Geet again. This show of affection & concern towards Geet had again made Sasha feel like a 2 dollar w**** 😉 Maneet you rock!
6. Dev & Naintara - I know you lot are going to hate me for this, but I did actually enjoy their scenes, I was happy because no mattter what they did with Geet (the unforgivable act) I won't hate them much yet. When I saw the scenes switch I realized how different D&N's world was to that of M&Gs! I mean whilst D had N, Geet had Maan, a perfect solution. D&N's romance indicated that no matter what happens, Maneet are meant to be, because you can clearly see how D&N are always going to be together. Their couple staying together meand M&G becoming one. I guess I have a selfish reason to like D&N but honestly I didn't think they were that bad. The song just showed the growing relationship between both couples, although Maneet's budding love was under the spotlight more than for D&N! 😉
