I'm not sure of maan asking her for dance but yes I think when he dances with her that is what is going to be on his mind.

Maaneet nay toh aapko writer bana dia...I just wish the cvs of Geet read this topic of urs....OMG....I was blushing at places, it really seemed as if I was reading a novel with detailing and presenting the tiny intricacies that only a writer can pen down....wah wah, mwahhhh. the party is almost over....

everyone well almost everyone is leaving the party and few people are left....

Geet is still a little dishelleved after the kiss...and trying to straighten the hair and sari..thinking....and touching her lips that Maan had given her such a passionate kiss... mixed with anger and her lips were still throbbing..
Maan had released her as if he had been burned and left her....
she was left bemused as to what just happened..and why did Maan kiss her and then just leave her... and walked in to the hall... as everyone was leaving..
she signed necessary papers at the hotel and was gathering up her nerves to leave with pinky when Adi asked if he should drop both of them home...
Maan overhearing this..says to Adi tum...Pinky ko le jao..i have some work at office and Geet needs to come with me.

Geet surprised but...doesnt argue..and says her byes to both of them and walks with Maan..to his car...

They are both quiet as he takes his car out of the parking lot...

Just when the silence was about get oppressive...they both speak at once.. Sir, Geet...

he says..Geet...it would be better if you call me Maan...
she is again...silenced..by this..
he says...office mein kuch kaam nahi hai...i wanted to talk with you about what happened..there...

She says..its okay....
and he says no..its not okay...we work together..we cant do this..

he says get involved...
Geet says lekin hum involved nahi hai...Maan...you kissed me i donno why but..its okay..sab galtiyan karte hai..

at this...Maan looks at her in anger..and skids to a stop at the side of the road..
and turn towards her and says..
woh galati nahi thi... lekin we cannot..go on..like this...
she says..what can i do...shall i resign?
he says...better would have been if you did but..yeh project bhi to important hai..
she says...achcha to project ke liye....aap...pareshan hai..
he tries to stop her again but this time pride has come back..and she says..
no ......Maan Sir i know..for you this project is important and i will do my best not to come in the way...
Maan is irked at this practical approach that he has always prided himself at having..and get further angry
he moves close to her...with finger pointing in her face
tum bas mein kahoon utna..karo...apna...and stops..and starts staring at her...
after an eyelock...moment..may be few minutes pass...
she says...Sir...chalein...
and he coughs and says..huh...yeah ....yeah...!

They reach her home and as she tries to go and open the door... to leave..
he puts his hand on her hand..to stall...her..as she looks down on his hand...and then to his face...
he unexpectedly smiles at her and says...ek aur baat
aaj tum bahut khoosurat lag rahi ho....tumhare baal aise bahut achche lagte..hain...inhe aise hi rehne diya karo..
and then...takes a strand of hair and pulls it behind her ear leans close..and says
goodnight...!

that is all i have to say...i am gone in another world.
